BLS Provider courses are offered to ECPI University students each term. To attend a BLS Provider (CPR) course, students must register in advance on the American Heart Association website.

To Register for CPR
Click this link https://atlas.heart.org/home to open the AHA Atlas website. Enter this location in the search window “ECPI University, 1001 Omni Blvd, Newport News VA. “Select “Find a Class”. Select the “Class Date” dropdown window. Choose “Select Date Range” Choose the date from above you with to attend and double click the date. Click the “Update Search” button. Scroll down to locate the BLS Provider course at ECPI University – Newport News and click “Enroll“
When completing the AHA account form, make sure to enter your name as you want it to appear on your certificate. You MUST use your ECPI e-mail address, not your personal e-mail address. If you use your personal email address, your reservation will be rejected.
Once your reservation is complete you will receive e-mail verification from American Heart.
Following course completion, you will receive your CPR certificate via email from American Heart. Please save and forward a copy of your certificate to your Program Director.
